Fuji Photo Film to Release Compact Digital X-ray System in February.

The new system, which consists of the FCR CAPSULA image scanner and the FCR CAPSULA VIEW image processor, digitizes images and instantaneously in·stan·ta·ne·ous adj. 1. Occurring or completed without perceptible delay: Relief was instantaneous.

Used in combination with C@Rna, a medical network service offered by Fuji Photo Film, the system facilitates collaboration among hospitals.
The space-saving model, which is about 20% smaller in size than its predecessor, is suitable for use by small hospitals and clinics.
The standard system sells for 6,500,000 yen ($56,500).
