Long-term disability . today announced it has established a new company, FUJIFILM Fujifilm Holdings Corporation or Fujifilm (富士フイルム株式会社 electronic Imaging Ltd. (FFEI) for the development and manufacture of Electronic imaging equipment for worldwide sales. Concurrent with the establishment of FFEI, Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. (Fujifilm) and E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Co., Inc. of the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. (DuPont) have agreed to restructure their business in DuPont & FUJIFILM Electronic Imaging LTD. (DFEI) and Crosfield Electronics Limited of England and its subsidiaries and affiliates (CEL CEL Cellular CEL Celestial CEL Check Engine Light CEL Degrees Celsius (temperature) CEL Comisión Ejecutiva Hidroeléctrica del Río Lempa (El Salvador) CEL Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership ) which were purchased by DFEI in October, 1989. FFEI will acquire all applicable assets of CEL and will continue to produce electronic imaging equipment and components at its plants located in England. FFEI will continue to sell current CEL products. In addition, FFEI intends to develop totally new products which will be sold in combination with the current CEL products on a worldwide basis.
