Ft. Lee Exec Park signs another Asian tenant.

Chinko International, Inc. has leased 1,375 square feet at Fort Lee Executive Park for its United States Headquarters, announced Dan Lessing, executive director of the 600,000-square-foot office complex. The company joins a growing list of Asian corporations that have located at the park during the past few years.

Chinko International is a sales promotion agency based in Osaka, Japan. The American office specializes in print promotions for major consumer organizations. Shinko International relocated to Fort Lee from Hackensack, New Jersey. The move accommodates the firm's planned expansion into strategic marketing and other promotional areas. Kaorn Hsueh of Furnmoto Realty in Fort Lee served as broker representative for the transaction.

Other Asian tenants at the Park include Dacom America Inc., The Korean National Tourism Corporation, Daelim America, Daitec, Hotel Lotte, Pro Market, Samyoung, Taihan Sugar Industrial Co., Arirang Travel, Kwang Bo, Ohta, Dainippon Pharmaceutical, Snow Brand America Inc., Kawasho International (U.S.) Inc., Daicel Businex Inc., MBM International, Maydiang U.S.A. Inc., Petrol Chemical U.S.A. Company and Global of Hong Kong.

Fort Lee Executive Park consists of two buildings located on just one minute from the George Washington Bridge on Route 4 West. It features a 1,500-car garage and a total of 2,200 on-site parking spaces. Amenities include one of the area's first on-site day care facilities in a multi-tenant corporate park. The buildings feature loading docks, handicapped facilities, service elevators, 24-hour access, two cafeterias and dry cleaning services. In addition, the Park has a 13.26-acre site with approved plans for a 28-story, 800,000square-foot office tower.
