Frontline and ScreamingMedia Form Alliance; ScreamingMedia to Provide Specialized Content to WOWFactor and Frontline.net.

Frontline Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: FCCN), a national provider of Internet services to small businesses, and ScreamingMedia.net, the Web's leading provider of syndication services and specialized content with more than five-million pieces of content per month, jointly announced today that they have signed an alliance partner agreement. The agreement provides significant benefits to both companies and Frontline's WOWFactor.com, Frontline.net and Channel iShop.com (launching January 2000) will all carry ScreamingMedia's content.

ScreamingMedia is the leader in the aggregation, distribution and integration of content for corporate and special interest Websites. Its proprietary client/server technology creates a real-time "Digital Content Network" that can retrieve digitized content from, and deliver it to, any point on the Internet. Its advanced filtering technology parses out only the stories that are appropriate for Frontline.net's and WOWFactor's target audiences and then streams those stories in a ready-to-publish format.
