Knight will provide attendees with a framework of how IBM turned their supply chain into a competitive advantage by developing an on-demand supply chain strategy that generated $285 million dollars in cash, reduced inventories to their lowest level in 30 years, and improved sales productivity by 25%.

Dr. Yossi Sheffi, Director of the Center for Transportation and Logistics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, will close out Frontline Solutions' keynote sessions Wednesday, September 28. "The Resilient Enterprise: Overcoming Vulnerability for Competitive Advantage" will provide insight on how companies can build in flexibility throughout their supply chains, based on proven design principles and the right culture, by balancing security, redundancy and short-term profits.
