Frontline Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: FCCN FCCN Fundacao para a Computacao Cientifica Nacional ), www.frontline.net, today announced that the shareholders of the Company voted to approve an amendment to the Company's certificate of incorporation certificate of incorporation n. some states issue a certificate to prove a corporation's existence upon the filing of Articles of Incorporation. In most states the Articles are sufficient proof.  to increase the authorized number of shares of preferred stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.

The proposed amendment was voted upon by the shareholders at a special meeting held on January 6, 2000, in Pearl River, New York Pearl River is a hamlet (and a census-designated place) in Rockland County, New York, United States. The population was 15,553 at the 2000 census.

Pearl River is in the western part of the Town of Orangetown.
