Frontier Enters Rehabilitation.


Frontier Insurance Co. has entered voluntary rehabilitation rehabilitation: see physical therapy. , the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Insurance Department said.

By a vote of its board, Frontier consented to entry of an order of rehabilitation, after which the state will take control of the insurer.

Rehabilitation involves Insurance Superintendent Greg Serio taking possession of the insurer's property, conducting its business and taking steps toward removal of the conditions that made rehabilitation necessary, said the department.

In March, Frontier said it had voluntarily stopped writing new and renewal business. While the company carved carve
