FrontRange Solutions, an international market leader in customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service and support software, today announced a rebate program in Canada through which end-users can receive $50 (CDN) for a new purchase and an additional $50 (CDN) for competitive upgrades.

The rebate applies to new purchases of the company's GoldMine Business Contact Manager software, a powerful contact management and sales force automation solution for organizations that have outgrown basic contact and task management. The new program represents the company's focus on the growing North American market.

Introduced late last year, GoldMine Business Contact Manager offers several advanced features, including enhanced data integration with Microsoft(R) Outlook(R) 98/2000/2002 and Intuit(R) QuickBooks(R) Pro 2002 and QuickBooks Premier 2002. By integrating more closely with Outlook, GoldMine Business Contact Manager enables users to send, accept, decline or reschedule meetings with attendees via the iCalendar (iCal) standard.

The software also allows users to access calendars and contact information from handheld devices and to integrate with other widely used business applications.

To participate in the rebate program, customers simply complete the redemption form, and provide a sales receipt and the packaging barcode. Users seeking the competitive upgrade rebate should send the same materials along with a proof of ownership document, which can be an original program disk, the title page of the user manual or a printout of the Help/About screen from the competing product. The Canadian rebate program lasts through Oct. 31, 2002.

Pricing and Availability

GoldMine Business Contact Manager is available through authorized FrontRange Solutions Partners and through select retail outlets. List pricing for a single user license is $295 (CDN), and $1,199 (CDN) for a five-user license.
