Along Front Street and Peck Slip, 13 structures are being renovated and three lots developed to create 95 apartments and 22,000 square feet of retail space. The $60 million plan, known as the Historic Front Street Project, is partially being financed by $47 million in Liberty Bonds issued by the New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of State Housing Authority. Yarrow has also promised that both the new and renovated buildings will reflect the historic character of the area. "We saw the buildings, this was 20 years ago, either this was going to a happen now or the buildings were going to fall down. Yarrow LLC bought the land through an RFP (Request For Proposal) A document that invites a vendor to submit a bid for hardware, software and/or services.
