(AT & L) International Cooperation is accepting proposals for the FY2006 Coalition Warfare (CW) Research, Development. Testing & Evaluation (RDT RDT 1. Renal dialysis treatment 2. Retinal damage threshold  & E) Program. The CW initiative is a defense-wide effort to assist combatant commanders A commander of one of the unified or specified combatantcommands established by the President.
