From the editor.This issue marks the end of Fathering's first year. I want to take this opportunity to thank the editorial board members for their continued support and involvement. As with any new journal, it takes time to build a pool of reliable and qualified reviewers. This is a fairly high rejection rate for a new publication. However, we remain committed to publishing only high quality manuscripts and research.
