New Company Combines the Resources of RD Offutt Company, United II Potato Growers of Idaho, and Idahoan Foods Idahoan Foods is a company based in Lewisville, Idaho, founded in 1960, and specialized in the production of instant mashed potatoes, which they sell under the brand Idahoan Mashed Potatoes. They employ about 500 people at the height of their highly seasonal production cycle.

  • A neighborhood in northeastern Phoenix, Arizona located several miles north of the town of Paradise Valley proper
[R] and All Natural Creamy Mash[R] are among the recognized and distributed brands of retail, food service, and warehouse club potato products from North American Foods. The J.R. Simplot Company, partner for national sales and distribution of Idahoan branded food service products, will continue to be the national food service sales arm for the new venture.

North American Foods owns and operates plants in Lewisville, Dubois, and Idaho Falls, Idaho, as well as Grand Forks Grand Forks, city (1990 pop. 49,425), seat of Grand Forks co., E N.Dak., at the confluence of the Red and the Red Lake rivers; inc. 1881. In a spring wheat, livestock, and farm area, the city has grain elevators, state-operated flour mills, and plants that process , N.D. and Winnemucca, Nev. The company will also operate plants in Glenns Ferry and Rupert, Idaho Rupert is the county seat and largest city of Minidoka County, Idaho, United States.GR6 The population was 5,645 at the 2000 census.
