From Bill Mullally re Gzowski's "freezing rather than flailing". (Letters to the Editor).

Peter Stockland hit the nail on the head in his article on Gzowski when he said that Gzowski had no use for any but liberal commentators (March 2002, p. 10). Gzowski was totally committed to the politically correct politically correct Politically sensitive adjective Referring to language reflecting awareness and sensitivity to another person's physical, mental, cultural, or other disadvantages or deviations from a norm; a person is not mentally retarded, but  mentality that dominated Canada in the 1980s and 1990s.

In late 1980s, and again in 1990, Campaign Life Coalition (CLC (The Computer Language Company Inc.) The publisher of this Encyclopedia. See About this product. ) made two visits to CBC's Morningside to appeal for at least "some" balance and fairness concerning pro-life issues in Canada.

In the 1990 meeting, CLC was represented by Sabina McLuhan, then editor of The Interim newspaper, and myself. We met with Andrew Simon Andrew Michael Simon an American Clarinetist, is principal clarinet of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.

He pointed out that this was particularly true when it came to the selection of guests invited to address a particular story or issue, and that Gzowski, in fact, chaired the program meeting that took place daily.

We made several recommendations for Mr. Gzowski to represent those Canadians who rejected abortion. We discussed the relentless abuse, lies and distortions that were heaped on the prolife community by the secular media, which, in fact, were also the hallmark of Morningside.

We also recommended program ideas and names of people who might be invited as guests as further suggestions to help create a balanced playing field. Finally, we expressed our profound disappointment that in spite of the fact that the CBC (1) (Cell Broadcast Center) See cell broadcast.

Gzowski continued Morningside's support for the pro-abortion community while shutting out any and all prolife input. In his case, freezing was far more effective than flailing.
