Prior to joining Fritz, Mr. Napier was vice president and general manager, strategic business development and supply chain services at AlliedSignal Aerospace, where he was responsible for developing new ventures, strategic growth initiatives and supply chain services.

Previously, Mr. Napier served for five years at Ryder Integrated Logistics in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  and Europe, where he played a pivotal role in the expansion and growth of Ryder's non-asset based third party logistics and transportation management business units. He held the posts of general manager/international and director of account management.

Mr. Napier's experience also includes nine years with Lucas Industries, where he was responsible for re-engineering a number of business units in Europe, Latin American and North America. He has an MBA MBA
