Fritz Companies Expands Global Logistics Council to Europe.


ANTWERP, Belgium--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1998--Fritz Companies (Nasdaq:FRTZ) has extended its Global Logistics Council to Europe for the first time.

This three day event took place in Antwerp, Belgium on Sept. 9-11. The Council in Antwerp covered the most recent developments in outsourcing strategies, the application of enterprise software solutions in logistics, global compliance strategies, and cycle time reduction. The forum was based on case study presentations.

Among the speakers were the logistics professionals of Nokia Telecommunications, Sears plc, and Northern Telecom. Dorian Prince, Head of the Market Access Unit at the European Commission European Commission, branch of the governing body of the European Union (EU) invested with executive and some legislative powers.
