Fritz Companies Announces Fiscal Year-End Change.


SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1995--Fritz Companies, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has, effective June 1, 1995, approved the change from its current calendar year-end to a fiscal year ending May 31.
