 Frisby, the sales success of products containing ComforTemp(R) on QVC was the driving force behind QVC's decision to promote and expand the line. On a recent Saturday, QVC sold 16,046 ear warmers containing ComforTemp(R) in ten minutes resulting in $20,850 in sales per minute. This compares favorably to QVC's benchmark sales that approximate $5,000 per minute and underscores the appeal of the ComforTemp(R) brand and QVC's position as a significant distributor of quality products.

Through the expanding Frisby/QVC relationship, Frisby has also broadened and enhanced its marketing of the ComforTemp(R) brand. Frisby has moved from simply supplying ComforTemp(R) products to licensees to coordinating a much broader ComforTemp(R) focus on QVC. Since ComforTemp(R) has become such a highly recognized brand on QVC, Frisby is working with multiple licencees to bring a collection of new items containing ComforTemp(R) to the QVC audience during the remainder of 1999 and beyond. The 1999 collection includes baby buntings, comfort accessories, hand warmers, travel pillows, scarves, ear warmers, as well as winter and driving gloves.
