 Soble, LLP. The announcement was made by Friedman's managing partner, Bruce Madnick.

 looks for strategic mergers and acquisitions," Madnick said. "The expertise of Stephen Sobel's partners in apparel, textile and Asian-American business was an excellent complement to our existing practice area and made this an attractive opportunity."

"Joining forces with Friedman gives us the resources and support to grow our existing business and bring us to the next level," said Stephen Soble, former managing partner at Stephen Sobel LLP.

The merger will add three partners to Friedman's, resulting in an organization numbering more than 120 professionals. Soble will act as a consultant at Friedman Alpren & Green LLP.
