The site, currently a mixed-use industrial area, will be developed as a 200,000 s/f community retail center. The NAI Friedland brokers involved in the transaction are three executive vice presidents: Peter Cokin, Steven Kornspun and Ross Schneiderman. The developers say they anticipate construction will begin on the new center within 24 months.
