The supplier, W.W. Grainger, signed a long-term lease for 1143 Longwood Avenue, a new 21,500 s/f, high-cube warehouse in the Hunts Point section developed by the Petrillo family. The lease is valued in excess of $3 million. The site is near highways and the subway subway: see rapid transit.
