In the Soundview section, Jem-Comjem Realty purchased the 20,000-s/f taxpayer building at 1621-39 Westchester Avenue for $6.8 million. The seller of the fully-occupied building was the Gershon Company.

Jem-Comjem purchased 101 East Burnside Avenue Burnside Avenue is a main thoroughfare connecting East Hartford, Connecticut's Main Street to Manchester, Connecticut. The road is part of U.S.  in the Tremont section for $1 million. The 6,000-s/f corner building is an instrumental addition in the purchaser's plans to create new office space. Jem-Comjem already owns the four adjoining buildings and is planning to renovate the second and third floors at 101 East Burnside Avenue into 5,000-s/f offices. BX Check Cashing was the seller.
