Friedland's Executive move.


NAI See Network Associates.  Friedland Realty, Inc. represented Diam International in its sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  of 700 Executive Boulevard in Ehnsford, a one-story, modern, 105,00 s/f building.

Ross Schneiderman, executive vice president, brokered the transaction for NAI Friedland Realty.

Diam will use the facility for overflow storage space. The location is convenient to 1-287 and 1-87, putting it within 15 minutes of Diam's main facility on Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers.

Richard Leroy of Delphi Management represented Wescon, which holds the lease on the Executive Park property. Previously, Schneiderman brokered the sublease of the 435,000-square-foot former Saks Fifth Avenue Saks Fifth Avenue is a chain of upscale American department stores that is owned and operated by Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises (SFAE), a subsidiary of Saks Incorporated. It competes in the elite luxury department store market with Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Barneys New  distribution facility on Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers from Qwest Communications
