The CB Richard Ellis team of Stephen B. Siegel, Craig Reicher and Timothy Dempsey arranged the lease expansion and extension on behalf of Fried Frank. Attorneys Jonathan Mechanic and Meyer Last of Fried Frank also represented the firm in its transactions. Douglas Winshall acted for the ownership, Trizec Properties as did attorneys Chris Smith and Scott Vetri of Shearman & Sterling.
