This new release contains over 140 vegan recipes. Despite the title, not all the recipes are fast by American standards. Nevertheless, the recipes are creative and worth preparing. For example, you will find recipes like Melon with Red Wine and Mint Sauce, Hot Grilled Sweet Potato with Watercress watercress, hardy perennial European herb (Nasturtium officinale) of the family Cruciferae (mustard family), widely naturalized in North America, found in or around water. Salsa, Thai Pumpkin and Coconut Soup, Vivid Beet and Horseradish horseradish Hardy perennial plant (Armoracia lapathifolia) of the mustard family, native to Mediterranean lands and grown throughout the temperate zones. Its hotly pungent, fleshy root is used as a condiment and is traditionally considered medicinal. Gnocchi gnoc·chi pl.n. Dumplings made of flour, semolina, or potatoes, boiled or baked and served with grated cheese or a sauce.
