Freemont closes $25m Disney deal.


Fremont Fremont (frē`mŏnt).

Fremont's loan was structured to provide acquisition financing for the project as well as additional advances for pre-development costs as the developers prepare the site for construction.

Fremont plans to provide an approximate $110 million construction loan to fund the first phase of the project, consisting of 260,000 feet of retail. Construction is slated to begin in January 2006 and be completed by June 2007.
