Freedom and Liberty.


Thank you for publishing the letter from Mr. John W. White ("Freedom and Liberty," January January: see month.  24 issue). It resounds with the exact purpose of the United States of America UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The name of this country. The United States, now thirty-one in number, are Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire,  being ordained or·dain  
tr.v. or·dained, or·dain·ing, or·dains

a. To invest with ministerial or priestly authority; confer holy orders on.

b. To authorize as a rabbi.

2.
 of God. At no time in history has any nation, other than the original Israel, been so blessed with freedom and liberty. And none so vigorously defended by its citizens.

Soldiers of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines willingly go to their grave for the salvation of such freedoms and liberties. It is the purpose that we veterans have fought to preserve. It is a shame that our political leaders assume they are more intelligent than their God who gave them office. May He continue blessing this great nation and allowing us to select the true Christians as our leaders. And, may we use our intelligence at the polls.
