The Hudson Valley refers to the canyon of the Hudson River and its adjacent communities in New York State, generally from northern Westchester County northward to the cities of Albany and Troy.

CAI - Computer-Aided Instruction
 is affiliated with the Building Contractors Association of Westchester and the Mid Hudson Region and the Construction Industry Council and all courses will be held at the Association's headquarters at 629 Old White Plains Road in Tarrytown, N.Y. Through the organizations' membership in the Construction Employers Labor Relations Association, they were offered a Department of Labor grant for the purposes of safety training for 2006.

 Vincent Colletti, chairman of CAI, the four-hour courses are being offered to members of the Association, as well as any other area contractors who wish to attend. Colletti said that the following four courses would be held on the dates shown: Respiratory Protection (January 11, 2006), Welded Frame Scaffolding (January 18, 2006), Maintenance Protection of Traffic & Flagging Safety (January 31, 2006) and Safe Trenching and Excavation (February 2, 2006).
