An isolated village is to get a free-to-use cash machine.

Residents of Gelligaer in Caerphilly Caerphilly (kīrfĭl`ē, kär–), Welsh Caerffili, town (1981 pop. 42,376) and county borough, 108 sq mi (279 sq km), S Wales.  can now use the machine - installed under a NatWest scheme - at their village post office.
