It is a commercial, administrative, and academic center with some light manufactures. -- The Preschool Centre sponsored by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers The Canadian Union of Postal Workers or CUPW is a public sector trade union representing postal workers employed at Canada Post as well as private sector workers outside Canada Post. and the Union of Postal Communication Employees opened. The centre provides child care on site and offers satellite care at home. Started with $200,000 initial funding by the two unions, the centre will be open to all but will give priority to CUPW CUPW Canadian Union of Postal Workers and UPCE members' children, up to the age of 12. To accommodate postal employees' shifts the centre's hours are from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. Both unions have pledged pledge n. 1.
