Franklin Templeton Investments Receives Recognition from Internet Consultant Kasina.

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Franklin Templeton Investments' Web site, franklintempleton.com, has been recognized as one of kasina's "Top 10 Web Sites for Financial Intermediaries" in a report to be released today. The study is widely known as the industry's most comprehensive and authoritative primary research of asset management companies' retail e-business initiatives.

kasina (www.kasina.com) is a management consulting firm providing strategic solutions to financial services companies.
