France Telecom North America Creates New Call Center Solutions Group.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 1998--France Telecom North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  (FTNA) announced today the formation of a new Call Center Solutions group.

The FTNA Call Center Solutions group follows on the heels of the France Telecom Call Center Solutions group created last year in France as an independent Business Unit.

France Telecom is supporting customers with a flexible suite of call center solutions that cover everything from initial need analysis and provision of secure telecommunications platforms to call center construction and resource supervision.
