Foxy deal on Seventh.


Petras Furs, Inc., a luxury fur apparel designer and manufacturer, has signed a five-year lease for 2,259 s/f of space of showroom and general office space in the Fashion Tower at 499 Seventh Avenue.

The transaction includes the addition of 1,065 square feet located next door to the company's current 1,194-square-foot space, which it took in October 2004.
