: FXX FXX France, Metropolitan (ISO Country code) ) today announced that all directors were elected as proposed by the Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting held on September 7, 2004. Elected at the meeting were James E. Hunt as a Class I Director, Bruce Bruce, Scottish royal family descended from an 11th-century Norman duke, Robert de Brus. He aided William I in his conquest of England (1066) and was given lands in England.  B. Huber as a Class II Director, and John B. Russell as a Class V Director, each to hold office until, respectively, the 2008 annual meeting, 2009 annual meeting, and 2007 annual meeting, and until his successor is duly elected and qualifies. Directors whose term of office continued after the meeting are Peter K. Werner as a Class III director and Thomas B. Winmill as a Class IV director.
