Fox Sports en Espanol to Telecast the FIFA Club World Cup 2006 for Second Consecutive Year.


Featuring Powerhouses Club America and FC Barcelona, Live and Exclusive Tournament Coverage in Spanish Begins Sunday, December 10

LOS ANGELES -- Fox Sports en EspaSol will once again offer live and exclusive Spanish-language coverage of the FIFA FIFA International Association Football Federation [French Fédération Internationale de Football Association]

 Club World Cup 2006. Commentators Jorge Ramos and Hernan Pereyra will call all of Club America's matches; Ramos will call the final alongside Manuel Kun. On-air responsibilities for all other matches will be shared by Pablo Bari, Juan Jose Buscalia, Sebastian Vignolo, Juan Pablo Varsky, and Javier Tabares.

Previously known as the FIFA Club World Championship TOYOTA Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup 2006 will be played during the month of December in Japan by representatives of FIFA's six confederations and will crown the world's best club team. Among this year's participants are the winners of the CONCACAF CONCACAF Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (Soccer)

Auckland City play their home matches at Kiwitea Street and compete in the New Zealand football championship. They are currently three times champions, having won both the 2004-5 and 2005-6 2006-7 seasons.  of New Zealand; the 2006 UEFA Champions League winners, FC Barcelona of Spain; the CAF Champions League winners, Al Ahly of Egypt; and the AFC Champions League winners, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors Football Club (Korean: 전북 현대 모터스 축구클럽; also Jeonbuk FC,[1]  FC of South Korea.

The FIFA Club World Cup 2006 will open in Toyota City on Sunday, December 10, and will feature Al Ahly and Auckland City. Live coverage is set to begin at 5:00 a.m. ET. Fox Sports en EspaSol will also have live coverage of the semifinals, the fifth-place and third-place matches, and the final, which will take place in Yokohama on Sunday, December 17 at 5:00 a.m. ET.
