Fox Filmed Entertainment Extends Relationship with Dune Entertainment for Multi-Year Film Financing Deal.

Under the terms of the pact, Dune Entertainment III LLC (an affiliate of Dune Entertainment LLC, which has engaged with Fox in earlier film slate financing deals) has committed to invest more than $500 million in a slate of Fox films over the next three years. The deal continues a successful relationship between Fox and Dune and provides increased financial flexibility for Fox's production and release slate, with Fox retaining all of its distribution rights worldwide. Societe General Corporate & Investment Banking and Dresdner Kleinwort Dresdner Kleinwort (DKIB) is the investment bank of Dresdner Bank AG, part of Allianz since July 2001. Headquartered in London and Frankfurt and with an international network including offices in the financial centres of New York and Tokyo, Dresdner Kleinwort provides a wide range  acted as joint mandated lead arrangers and joint book runners of a financing facility for Dune Entertainment III LLC.

Dune Entertainment III LLC is a newly-formed company focused on the ownership of entertainment content. It is an affiliate of Dune Entertainment LLC and Dune Capital LLC, a broad-based opportunity hedge fund hedge fund, in finance, a highly speculative, largely unregulated investment device.
