Leung is the Job Captain for a new 165,000 square-foot School of Management at Syracuse University which is presently under construction. He served as Job Captain and Project Architect on a variety of other projects including the Times Square Subway Entrance, 650 Madison Avenue renovation and 150 East 42nd Street renovation. Leung was involved in construction administration for 99 Jane Street and served as the Project Architect for 92nd Street Y's Adult Education Center. Prior to joining Fox & Fowle, he served at Stephen Potters Architects and Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects where he was Project Designer for the Mount Kisco Strip Mall and managed renovation of a Southamption mansion.
