Fourth single that won't be here now.
OASIS are releasing a fourth single from their Be Here Now album - but not in Britain Britain (brĭt`ən), alternate term for Great Britain, comprised of England, Scotland, and Wales. Often used synonymously with the United Kingdom, the name Britain is derived from Britannia, .
A British release of Don't Go Away had been rumoured but last night Creation Records said it would only be released in Europe and Australia.
"The idea was scrapped because it is felt that it's time It's Time was a successful political campaign run by the Australian Labor Party (ALP) under Gough Whitlam at the 1972 election in Australia. Campaigning on the perceived need for change after 23 years of conservative (Liberal Party of Australia) government, Labor put forward a to wind things down here," a spokesman said.
