Fourth National HIPAA Summit Features a National Town Meeting on Healthcare Privacy, Data Security and HIPAA; April 24-26, 2002, Washington DC.

The Bush Administration's recent proposal to amend the healthcare privacy regulations issued by the Clinton Administration has caused great controversy.
