Four-eatery purchase.


A quartet of fast-food projects in Pulaski County sold in transactions totaling more than $4.3 million.

The Richard Joseph Clancy & Clara Evangeline Living Revocable Trust and Mark Hall Family Revocable Trust bought the properties in a 73-27 percent split.

The seller is CPCG KM AR 2 LLC of Los Angeles, which entered the ownership picture in a series of December 2005 deals with GE Capital Franchise Finance Corp. of Phoenix. The projects are:

* The 0.71-acre Taco Bell development at 1809 N. First St. in Jacksonville, $1.42 million; 2005 purchase price, $1.28 million.

* The 0.64-acre KFC development at 4400 Camp Robinson Road in North Little Rock, $1.03 million; 2005 purchase price, $934,000.

* The 0.64-acre Taco Bell development at 7201 JFK Blvd. in Sherwood, $962,000; 2005 purchase price, $876,000.

* The 0.66-acre Taco Bell development at 1200 John Barrow Drive in Little Rock, $911,000; 2005 purchase price, $818,000.
