Four tenants expand at Glenpointe Complex.


Roger van Voorhees, vice president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, announced the renewal and expansion of four corporation tenants at the 650,000-square-foot mixed-use Glenpointe Complex, located at the intersection of 1-80 and 1-95 in Teaneck, New Jersey Teaneck (pronounced /ˈtiːˌnɛk/) is a township in Bergen County, New Jersey, and is a suburb of New York City. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 39,260. .

The quartet of transactions, which induded Eisa i Corporation of North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , PeopleSoft Inc., Ross-Cooper-Lund Inc. and Tiphook Container Rental Inc., totaled over 51,000 square feet and raised the occupancy of Glenpointe to 95 percent.

All four transactions were accommodated in Glenpointe Centre East. The largest tenant to expand was Eisai Corporation of North America, a subsidiary of Eisai Company Ltd., Japan, the world's fifth largest developer of pharmaceutical products.
