Starbucks Corporation signed a lease for 1,700 s/f, while State Farm Mutual Insurance Company and MCM Insurance renewed their leases for 438 s/f and 550 s/f, respectively. Lease renewals were signed by Connelly & Connelly, a law firm that occupies 684 s/f of space, and a branch office of the investment firm of Edward Jones & Co., occupying 1,112 s/f.
