Vide Real Property. , the center's leasing and managing agent, has announced the signing of four new leases at the Colonial Village Professional Office Park and Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into located on the corner of Lincoln Highway/Route 27 and Parsonage Road in Edison, NJ. The new tenants--The Original SoupMan, International Technology Services, Ultimate Homewares and Smart Steps--join a distinguished list of medical, professional and retail tenants. "We are very excited to open an Original SoupMan store in Colonial Village and look forward to serving area residents and businesses. It was a pleasure dealing with Jaime Weiss and we feel both landlord and tenant benefited on this deal," commented Brooke Auberry, director of Real Estate Development for The Original SoupMan.
