Four Crown Foods Inc, Universal Domains, Completes Acquisition Of 5000 Dot CC Domain Names-Beta Site To Be Launched.

Universal Domains announces that it has completed its initial purchase of 5,000 Dot CC domain names from SamsDirect Internet. Universal Domains is also in the process of acquiring an additional 5,000 names which is expected to be completed shortly. Universal Domains and SamsDirect Internet have entered into an agreement that provides for the acquisition of up to 500,000 dot cc domain names.

Universal Domains is set to launch their beta site on Wednesday May 24, 2000.

Webbfoot Hi-Media, located in Marina Del Rey, California is developing a comprehensive web site for Universal Domains that incorporates all of the various requirements for consumers to register, buy, sell, search for domain names of interest, and auction previously registered domain names online. Webfoot's founder and chief designer, Matthew Anderson has received numerous design awards, including the 1996 MH design award. Development of this site allows the company to showcase their recent acquisition of 5,000 names from SamsDirect Internet.
