Casnocha has practiced municipal bond law since 1977. His varied practice has emphasized governmental activity transactions for school districts, cities, counties, redevelopment agencies and other special districts. He is considered an expert in school general obligation bonds and certificates of participation as well as pooled tax and revenue anticipation financings. Casnocha is also counsel to several banks in their capacity as letter-of-credit issuers on tax-exempt financings.
