Mr. Fountain said that there was no property damage and no loss of production from the hurricane.

This represents nearly six months production capacity. Mr. Fountain said that the company is adding to its production capacity by adding more personnel, plant and equipment. He predicted that the company would again have another record year in Fiscal 1997.

Record earnings were posted for Fiscal 1995 at $2.0 million and again for Fiscal 1996 at $3.7 million. Earnings for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 1996, are expected to exceed earnings for the first quarter a year ago.
