:AOL) announced today an expanded multi-year, multi-million dollar technology and marketing agreement.

This agreement expands an existing technology relationship between Foundry and America Online to include advertising solutions across AOL Time Warner's online, print and television properties.

This agreement builds on the current relationship between AOL and Foundry under which Foundry provides America Online with networking products and services.

Under the expanded agreement, Foundry will continue to provide networking products and services, and for the first time will be advertising across several AOL Time Warner properties including the America Online service and Netscape.com. In addition, Foundry will also advertise in Time Inc. publications and on the Turner Broadcasting System Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (often abbreviated TBS Networks or TBS, inc.) is the company managing the collection of cable networks and properties started by Robert Edward "Ted" Turner from the mid-1970s to the late-1990s. .
