The Foundation for Agricultural Resource Management (FARM), Tyler,
Texas Tyler is the county seat of Smith County in East Texas, United States. The city is named for President John Tyler in recognition of his support for Texas's admission to the United States. , selects East Texas as the future home of a museum complex
dedicated to agriculture. The museum will have eight permanent exhibits
on topics such as the origins of agriculture, animal science, tools and
innovations, and featured crops. Plans for the complex call for nearly
60,000 square feet of exhibit space, making it the largest agricultural
heritage museum in the world.
