Ltd, is a joint venture company that included HEPC, the operating power company; Hebei Construction and Investment Corp.; North China Power Co.; and Siemens Power Development Hanfeng GmbH, a power plant investment subsidiary of Siemens AG Siemens AG German electrical-equipment manufacturer.
