Signs Five-Year Agreement With Match Point Inc.

Foster Sports, Inc., a subsidiary of Care Concepts I, Inc. (AMEX: IBD) announced today that its radio station - WFLL (1400 The Fan), South Florida's new all sports radio station, has signed a five-year agreement with Match Point Inc. that will make the station the presenting sponsor of the ATP Tour's International Tennis Championships in Delray.

The 2004 event will be held September 13-19 at the Delray Beach Tennis Center. As presenting sponsor, 1400 The Fan will have exclusive live radio broadcast rights from the event and will also have a presence on all tournament marketing materials. The station will broadcast its talk shows live from the event all week. The semifinals and final on the weekend will also be broadcast live with station general manager Carl "The Foss" Foster doing the play-by-play and tennis legend Fred Stolle and former Tour player and tournament director Ivan Baron providing the color commentary.

"Foster Sports has been involved with this event for 10 years and this is a natural progression for us to expand that involvement with Mark Baron and Match Point, Inc," said Foster, "This is a great opportunity to get the word out about our station. The International Tennis Championships is one of the rising events on the ATP Tour and recently received a new date on the calendar that could enhance its field. The new date falls a week after the U.S. Open when all of the top players in the world are in the United States.

In its young history, the tournament has already attracted many of the game's biggest stars, including former No. 1's Jim Courier, Lleyton Hewitt, Carlos Moya, Patrick Rafter, Marcelo Rios, and last year's world No. 1 Andy Roddick from nearby Boca Raton. The event received the 2002 ATP Award of Excellence for site presentation and is widely considered one of the rising tournaments on the worldwide ATP circuit.

1400 The Fan began broadcasting May 3 from headquarters a few miles south of the tennis center. Since the station will have a strong presence in southern Palm Beach County as well as Broward County, the tennis tournament sponsorship was a natural fit in the marketing plan.
