Forward Industries Launches Internet Brand Store @ Onsale.com.

Forward Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORD) today announced the launch of its Terrapin brand store at Onsale(R), Inc.'s (Nasdaq: ONSL) web site at www.onsale.com.

Forward's brand store is located alongside those of Hewlett Packard, Sony, Acer, IBM, Compaq, Toshiba and Trogon. The Company's products are currently sold under four categories: Notebook Carrying Cases/Briefcases, PDA Cases/Organizers, Digital Camera Carry Cases and Compact Disc Cases. Two additional categories - Cellular Phone Cases and Waterproof Cases - should be incorporated into the Company's store within the next 30 days. Forward sells the Waterproof Cases through a recently announced exclusive agreement with Aquaman (UK) Limited to distribute AQUAPAC(R) products in the U.S. and Canada. Aquaman's patented waterproof seal for its cases, Aquaclip, ensures that products such as cellular phones, cameras, global positioning systems (GPS), Palm Pilots, marine radios and two-way radios, are completely waterproof, most to more than 30 feet below the water's surface.

As previously announced, during the six months that Forward's computer cases were sold at onsale.com prior to the establishment of the brand store, more than 10,000 were ordered.
